Duplicate Signature added on Reply or Forward

Symptoms

mySignaturesOnline adding an unwanted Signature to replies and forwards.

Solution

For Signatures that apply to Outlook:

  1. After logging in Click Signature Rules 
  2. Select the Name from the list that 'Apply to' Outlook
  3. The 'Edit Signature Rule' page appears, on the left, Select 'Template'
  4. Change the 'Reply/Forward Template' to 'No Template'

 

For Signatures that apply to OWA, this feature will be coming in the next update.
