How to add email signature to Outlook form


In order to add an email signature to Outlook forms follow the next steps:

1) Open the Policy Patrol Administration console and connect to the Policy Patrol installation. 
2) Go to Advanced > System Parameters. 
3) Add the following entry: 
   Value: 1 
   Please note that the name is case sensitive. 
4) Press Enter and click OK to save the new System Parameter.
5) Restart Policy Patrol Email Server service on the machine.
