How to exclude applying signature on Reply

If you do not want the signature to apply when replying to a mail, this is what you should do:

When you are sending a reply probably the subject will be "Re:"Subject of the email . We can use "Re" to make an exception to the rule .

  1. Open the rule that you configured to apply the signature
  2. Go to Rule exceptions > Do not trigger rule if following exceptions are met > Subject contains word/phrase
  3. Create a new filter containing the word "Re:" (make sure you uncheck "Enable word score")

When Policy Patrol will detect the word "Re:" is found in the subject, it will not add a signature
